Samantha Rodgers

 
 

Samantha joined the firm as a Law Clerk in 2023. She will earn her JD from Temple University in May 2023. Prior to law school, she pursued a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition from Eastern Kentucky University. Sam decided to attend law school after working as a business immigration paralegal in Baltimore, Maryland.

While in law school, Sam interned with a law firm in Camden, New Jersey where she worked on cases at the intersection of criminal defense and immigration law. She also interned with Aldea—the People’s Justice Center where she wrote appellate briefs for noncitizens seeking protection under the UN Convention Against Torture, Asylum, and withholding of removal.
