Represented the Sultanate of Oman in the creation of corporate governance rules for the Royal Opera House Muscat in Muscat, Oman.
Represented a manufacturing startup through multiple expansions, acquisitions, and spinoffs, until acquisition by a private equity firm.
Represented an international NGO through startup, institution building, and grant sequences by the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations, including creation of international affiliates, and culminating in a large international, multi-city cultural event held in Sao Paulo, Salvador de Bahia, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Adam is a Senior Lecturer at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship, real estate and the internet & ecommerce. He has developed a set of online courses in real estate law for eCornell, to be used on the Cornell campus and in a Certificate Program available to the public.
Adam engages in real estate ownership, management, and occasional development, in Ithaca, NY.
